These are the terms on which Future Self Now is offered. Future Self Now is run by LEGAL NAME TO CONFIRM, of ADDRESS TO CONFIRM, contactable at CONTACT EMAIL TO CONFIRM.
By signing up, buying a Pass, or booking time with Theresa, you agree to them.
What this is, and what it isn't
Future Self Now is coaching and guided visualisation. It is not therapy, counselling, psychiatry or medical treatment, and it is not a substitute for any of them. Nothing here diagnoses or treats anything.
If what you need is therapy or medical care, Theresa will say so, and you should speak to your GP or a qualified therapist. If you are in crisis, please contact your GP, NHS 111, or the Samaritans on 116 123.
You stay responsible for your own decisions. Coaching is a conversation, not a prediction, and nobody here promises a particular outcome.
Meeting your Future Self is free
The visualisation, and Theresa's reply to you about it, cost nothing and come with no obligation. You need a free account to reach them. We may change what sits inside the free account over time, but we have no intention of charging for the visualisation itself.
The Passes
The Festival Pass and the Explorer Pass are annual memberships, paid in advance, renewing automatically on their anniversary unless you cancel. The Explorer Pass can also be paid quarterly.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, or by writing to us. Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not refund the period you are in, and you keep your access until that period ends.
Renewals. We will remind you before an annual Pass renews. If a reminder does not reach you and you did not want to renew, tell us and we will sort it out.
What's included can change. The live calls, the immersives and the guest workshops are programmed a year at a time, and the detail of what runs may change. If the shape of a Pass changes substantially during a year you have paid for, we will tell you and talk to you about it.
Immersives and workshops. Festival Pass holders pay a members' price for these. Explorer Pass holders do not pay separately for the four five-day immersives or the guest workshops.
The Twelve Week Experience
The Twelve Week Experience is a separate programme, run once a year, and is not included in either Pass. It comes with a year of the Explorer Pass. Existing Explorer members pay the difference, and their renewal date does not change.
Places are limited and confirmed when payment is received.
One-to-one work
One-to-one coaching is a three-month engagement: the Future Self session, then six fortnightly sessions, plus messages in between. It is agreed in writing before it starts, with the price, the dates and what is included.
If you need to stop. Life happens. Tell us, and we will settle up fairly for the sessions that have happened and those that have not.
Rescheduling. Sessions are booked at the start. Move them when you need to, with as much notice as you can manage.
Travel, where we agree it is worth it, is costed separately and agreed in advance.
Your right to change your mind
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase made online and get your money back.
Because a Pass gives you access immediately, you are asking us to start straight away, and once you have had access we may reduce a refund to reflect what you have used. If you have had no access at all, you get the lot back.
What's ours, and what you can do with it
The visualisations, recordings, meditations, written accounts, course material and letters are Theresa's work and remain hers. They are for you, personally. Please do not republish them, share them around, sell them, or feed them into anything that reproduces them.
What you write — your posts, comments and what you send Theresa — stays yours. By posting it in the community you let us show it there. We will not quote you publicly, in marketing or anywhere else, without asking you first.
In the community
Be decent. What people share in there is often tender, and it is shared in confidence. Don't repeat it elsewhere, don't sell to the room, and don't be cruel. We can remove anything, or anyone, that makes the place unsafe.
Recording
Live calls may be recorded so that members who could not attend can watch. If you would rather not appear, keep your camera off, or tell us and we will edit you out. Your Future Self session is recorded for you, and that recording is yours.
If something goes wrong
If we get something wrong, tell us and we will try to put it right.
We are responsible for loss we cause by failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for things outside our control, for business losses, or for decisions you take as a result of our conversations. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes, and the law
We may update these terms. If a change matters to something you have already bought, we will tell you.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in your own country.
